Call for Expression of Interest:

K-12 Workplace Wellbeing Advisors

In fall 2021, Well at Work Advisors begun supporting school districts to integrate workplace wellbeing into their learning environment. The advisors work alongside school district wellness leads, teams, or senior staff to help them achieve their unique goals. Their focus is on building districts’ capacity to make and sustain system-level changes that support the wellbeing of their staff.

Advisors listen to district stakeholders to identify wellbeing themes and dynamics, help the district better understand their data, and use their knowledge, skills and insights to help increase the impact of district initiatives and accelerate their progress.
