Developed by the EdCan Network, Well at Work is advancing evidence-based, systemic approaches to workplace wellbeing. By prioritizing the wellbeing of educators, we are building an education system that produces better outcomes for all – students and staff alike.

The EdCan Network is a nonprofit, charitable organization. Most of our research-based tools and resources are available, free of charge, to the entire Canadian K-12 education sector.

Our professional learning and advisors services support education leaders from across Canada to implement comprehensive, data-driven strategies that improve K-12 workplace wellbeing for the long term.
