The Generative Listening Experience

The Generative Listening Experience

May 30, 2024 | 10:30 – 11:00 am MT | 12:30 - 1:00 pm ET

Principals play a key role in shaping the school environment – and they are most effective at doing so when they themselves are well. The Generative Listening Experience is a codesigned professional learning program that fosters the personal wellbeing of principals and gives them the tools and confidence to foster safe, welcoming and inclusive communities in their schools.

Join district leaders and principals from Horizon School Division and Prairie Rose Public Schools as they share the positive results they are experiencing from this pilot project.

*This is part of Well at Work’s Stories of Success Webinar Series, which profiles the many ways that school districts across Canada are fostering workplace wellbeing.
