In addition to teaching in both B.C. and Ontario, Janet worked as a school administrator and senior district leader with the Vancouver School Board. She also worked in provincial roles with the B.C. Public School Employers' Association, supporting school districts with various human resource initiatives.
In addition to her Master's in Adult Education, Janet is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation and has a Certificate in Conflict Resolution in mediation from the Justice Institute of B.C. She is passionate about the connection between healthy workplaces and the positive impact they have on student experiences.
