Systems and Cultures that Support Wellbeing

$25.00

Upcoming Workshop: April 18th, 2024 | 12:30-1:30 pm ET

This workshop challenges us to consider wellbeing not as an initiative, but rather as a lens through which we approach our work and the work of our school divisions. Throughout the workshop we will draw on your experience as system leaders, applying your insights from successful projects as we consider systemic actions to support wellbeing.

You will leave the workshop with:

  • A conceptual understanding of how systems and cultures influence wellbeing and contextual factors relevant to your school district.

  • Practical examples of strategies, structures, supports that school districts have implemented to create systems and cultures that support wellbeing.

  • Questions to explore with your school district as you develop your workplace wellbeing plans.

  • Additional resources to support attendees’ wellbeing journey.

Refund and waitlist policy

A full refund of registration fees paid can be provided up to 14 days before the first day of the workshop. Within 14 days of the workshop, your registration fees will be non-refundable; however, we will accept registration transfers if you would like to invite other participant(s) to attend in your place.

In order to keep the workshop to a reasonable size, we will be capping registrations at 100 participants maximum. If you are unable to find a spot in the workshop, you will be placed on the waitlist. From there, we will inform you at least 10 days before the workshop as to whether space is available. If space is not available, we will suggest alternative dates for you to attend the workshop, or we can process a full refund of your registration fees paid.
