Manon Séguin has 39 years of experience in education as a teacher, high school principal and superintendent of schools at the Ottawa Catholic School Board. During her many years of experience, Manon offered numerous professional learning opportunities to educators in New Brunswick, Québec City, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver.

She also taught in France for many summers. In her role as Superintendent, Manon championed the mental health and wellbeing of students and staff. As well, Manon continues to be passionate about Special Education, Indigenous Education and the International Decade for People of African Descent. She has studied at Ottawa and Queen’s Universities. She is the recipient of the Director Commendation Award from the OCSB as well as the “Femmes d’affaires et du Développement Économique Rural” award sponsored by La Cite College.
