Understanding the Employee Voice: Themes from Across Canada

Understanding the Employee Voice: Themes from Across Canada

May 17, 3:30-4:30pm ET

Since launching the Well at Work Advisors Service in late 2021, the team has worked alongside school districts from across the country to support system-wide workplace wellbeing. Building on insights from a wide range of districts, this session will highlight the common themes that emerged in the first year of operations.

When workplace wellbeing is understood as a shared responsibility among school districts, unions, ministries of education, and the individual employees, we can move beyond individual-level actions and truly create systems and cultures that support wellbeing.
