Common Trends from Guarding Minds at Work

Psychological health and safety creates a foundation for an inclusive and diverse workplace that protects and promotes the wellbeing of all employees. Understanding employees’ experiences is the foundation of Well at Work's data-driven approach to fostering workplace wellbeing. The Well at Work team supported 11 Canadian school districts in implementing the Guarding Minds at Work survey between February 2023 and March 2024. The areas of greatest strength and concern were remarkably similar across all districts.
