Fostering psychological health and safety in the K-12 workplace is an ongoing journey. This discussion kit is intended to guide ongoing discussions throughout the school year. Hosting an initial discussion plus a deep dive into each of the 13 psychosocial factors identified in the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace in a single day would be overwhelming. Regular discussions through the year allow for employees to reflect on and apply their learning throughout the year.
