The post-pandemic period has seen an increase in stress among teachers. Transitioning back to in-person learning has been marked by heightened stress levels for teachers, children, and parents. Many children find themselves unprepared to cope with routines, fellow students, and busy environments after extended periods of being at home, leading to dysregulation (Eden, Chisom & Adeniyi, 2024).
