Leadership Wellbeing Workshop
Winter Session: March 5th, 2024 | 9:30-10:30 am PT | 12:30-1:30 pm ET
As leaders, we invest significant time and energy supporting the wellbeing of staff, students and others in our school community. But who takes care of our wellbeing? The purpose of this workshop is to provide senior leaders the opportunity to focus on the importance of their own wellbeing and how it interrelates with workplace wellbeing.
Key topics covered in this workshop:
Common stressors and how they detract from personal wellbeing
Understanding burnout as an occupational phenomenon
The relationship between personal and workplace wellbeing
Systems and supports that help leaders thrive (not just survive)
Refund and waitlist policy
A full refund of registration fees paid can be provided up to 14 days before the first day of the workshop. Within 14 days of the workshop, your registration fees will be non-refundable; however, we will accept registration transfers if you would like to invite other participant(s) to attend in your place.
In order to keep the workshop to a reasonable size, we will be capping registrations at 100 participants maximum. If you are unable to find a spot in the workshop, you will be placed on the waitlist. From there, we will inform you at least 10 days before the workshop as to whether space is available. If space is not available, we will suggest alternative dates for you to attend the workshop, or we can process a full refund of your registration fees paid.
